Default "Amar'e needs to go."

Yay, or Nay? I'd like to see a tally here.

Nay. There arent many upgrades over Amare. Unless we get Dwight or Aldridge, or a package of really good players, i say no.

Let's wait until Baron gets healthy.

Amare is a superstar for a reason. You can't be a scrub and score 30 or more points in 9 consecutive games.

Still,he's been disappointing this season and we can only hope he's just in a slump and everything will get better when Baron joins the team.

But if he plays like this for the whole season then we should seriously consider trading him.

Amar'e is in a slump because he has no point guard to feed him the ball.

That said I would consider trading him only for quality players that fills out the roster.

Until that day comes, which I doubt it would, I'd rather wait it out til Baron gets on court.

Foul trouble limited his time on the court.

He literally had zero contribution to the game.

Scored 10 points, 8 in the fourth, but was at the expense of his assignment going bonkers from three.

The question I have is whether we can build a supporting cast good enough to contend around our big three without trading Amare? Unless we can, then we either have to trade Amare or we're gonna waste this opportunity.

If we were to trade him, unless it was somehow involving Howard, we should look to get 3-4 really solid non-stars.

We already had 3-4 solid non-stars around one guy.

They should have kept going to him in the fourth. He was scoring at will and Dwight had 5 fouls.

amare cannot play pf without a pg, but i think he can play center cus hes quicker and can get more spacing on his jumper when matched with one.

Problem with Amare is our lack of pg play forces him to dribble more than he should. Everyone wants to conveniently point to the Melo trade for all of our problems but #1 there was no way that pre-Melo team was going to contend. #2 Melo and Amare have actually played fairly well together. Its our poor coaching and poor pg play (the coach on the court) that is holding them back. Both Melo and Amare are taking tough shots.Melo is just better at making his.

Amare's problem is no PG? Definitely not an 18 plus mill player. He cant play PF without a PG but he can play C without one?

You know I am not cutting this scrub no slack. Tired of excuses...

No PG
Melo is there
Chandler is there
Dantoni isnt using him properly
His eye hurts

He makes 18 plus million he needs to grow a pair and show up somewhere... If he isnt going to play defense and he isnt going to score he is pretty useless.

When Baron gets back its going to be he needs time to get use to Melo Chandler and Boomdizzle...

You can find an excuse for this guy forever. This dude said he didnt want to play Center anymore he wanted to play PF he's got it.

No one is going to take on that salary for the production.
