Default Kobe learn from this

Haters might not want you to chuck. But chuck. chuck until you're tired, like seriously, running the offense through the bigs was and still is a horrible idea.

(Stop trying to be a facilitator)

i think getting gasol some confidence in this game was worth the loss, i know the heat treat this game like its the finals but lakers fans know better, just another regular season game to prep for the playoffs

It is if he wants to win scoring titles and set records. If he wants rings it's necessary.

Did you watch the game?

When Kobe shoots well, the whole teams pretty much plays well.

When the bigs play well, the whole team sucks.

This. They always try to run a shit offense, and with 8 or less minutes they pass to Kobe and say: "deal with it".

It's pretty rare to see Kobe both playmaking AND scoring out-and-out efficiently. When KB takes the facilitator route, he doesn't shoot enough; when he's looking for his shot, he doesn't pass...at all.

Legendary skill, but boneheaded in terms of "getting it".

I still think this is one his greatest games played: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9tjzxrrQpY -- why can't he do this more often?

Scoring the ball is what he does best. And he does it better than Gasol or Bynum could ever dream of. Running the offense through the post is flawed at best.

Godbe-esque 4th quarter. Lebron almost choked his cast lead away
