Well define "elite." If top 5 QB is elite then yes Eli is an elite QB.

Primetimes right. Haven't read any of the debate but he's told us he's never wrong which is good enough for me to side with him.

I think Eli is underrated and is actually very good.. but he's definitely not in the elite class. He's on the second tier in the 4-6 range with guys like romo, rivers, stafford etc.

yes I agree, except I don't think he is underrated any more...if he ever was

This isn't the only place where someone called Eli "elite"

He's in a class below Brady/Rodgers/Brees/Peyton (if he plays again) and is with Big Ben to me. Whether that's "elite" or not, I don't know, but he's a top 5-6 QB.

I don't think he is elite. But he's better than romo. How many playoff games does he need to win to stop taht stupid argument?

Peyton Manning on 06? Didn't the defense give up lots of points?

Those current crop of receivers are finally stepping up. In the past his recivers would drop alot of passes and they would fall in the hands of defenders(must have been like 6 picks from dropped passes last year) Manningham has a horrible set of hands

You got to give credit to Eli for how these receivers have developed. Nicks was a 1st round pick a few years ago, manningham was a rookie a few years back, Cruz emerged out of nowhere, etc. He put up with a young WR core for a while and now they are breaking out

Eli is the 4th best QB as of now and I see him getting better despite him just turning 31, He's a late bloomer. He's my early 2012 MVP favorite

Our defense was a huge reason we won the superbowl.
