But I'll answer anyway. If you look at the Blazers losses this season, 8 of them were close games where the Blazers lost by 3-5 points. If Roy, a clutch player, were healthy, half of those games, if not all, could easily have been wins. 17-6 would put them right behind the Thunder and Bulls. Now, hypothetically speaking, if Roy's impact on his team is bigger than a 3-5 pt. loss differential average, the Blazers would easily be 21-2 and be on pace for best record, percentage-wise, in NBA history.
