Paul will always be able to score... Even as a sixth man(I see him being that in 2 years) I think he can be 15-16ppg for 3 more years. Persnally you know he wants that record... And it would take 1500 points a season to do it.

He'd need 4 years, maybe more depending on steepness of decline. if he's averaging 15+, team's in the playoffs, it'll be cool. but if he's hanging around a lottery team getting 5 points every few games, barely able to play with a broken-down body, etc? That would be kind of lame.
