The key to propelling our offense with Rondo.
Get into the offense as fast as possible.
With Rondo on the floor, the offense starts with down screens and cuts while Rondo sits at the top of the key dribbling until 12 seconds are left on the clock.
We need to run a lot more pick and rolls with the ball and try to break down the defense with more time on the clock.
It's getting frustrating see the Celtics letting other teams get away with playing defense for only 12 seconds.
The reason why the Celtics imposed their defensive will on opponents is because they made them start their offense at 10-12 seconds. Now the Celtics are doing this on their own accord and it's hurting our flow.
Being aggressive entails more than just getting into the paint. It also involves breaking down defenses and putting pressure on all points of the other team's defense.
Waiting so long ruins our floor spacing. Celtics need to either work more out of the post right away and need to start high pick and rolls earlier in the shot clock.
