This sample doesnt say much, Rose is still their best player by far. Was he worth MVP? No.

Maybe the most accurate thing to say would be - the best thing Bulls have is defense, then Rose, then great frontcourt.

My point is the Bulls are good enough to blowout bad to average teams without Rose but need him to beat all the good to elite teams...even most diehard Bulls fans here would agree they arenít going anywhere without Rose playing and playing well.

Bulls fans said all last year and the previous season he had bad teammates and that's why his assist totals were low...

DEBUNKED

I've always maintained Derrick Rose teammates make him a better player and not the other way around. Glad to see vindication this year finally.

The most overrated NBA player of the 21rst century and possibly IN THE HISTORY OF THE NBA

Now you have fans saying the teams and circumstances were different from the 2 season comparison yet the circular argument remains the same which is.....

Quote:
Derrick Rose won last year with teammates injured on his way to MVP award

Bulls are winning games at an alarming rate without their MVP and a supposed missing piece 2 guard in Rip Hamilton while Luol Deng is passing the rock like he's Magic JonhsLin and John StocktLin

So what's the common denominator? Couldn't be Thibs, could it people? Naahhhh no way!!!!!!!

Not a peep from Bulls fans nor the media of how solid a year Deng is having....well maybe a little bit he got nominated as an All-Star reserve which has more to do with this year being the year to reward winning teams. You had the media at the beginning of the year already lathered up to hand Rosey the MVP award again.

Booz/Noah was injured and Brogans was our SG. This is a different team. We had Rookies coming off the bench too.

If anybody thinks its easy for a team to transition with new teammates and a new system with key players injured please look at the Lakers which is a veteran team with three allstars this year. Then look at Miami which was/is a veteran team with two megastars and an allstar and they still haven't harmonized their system. And they didn't have injuries to their key players.

The Bulls team couldn't handle a trap last year in the playoffs. This year, now they move the ball. They have proved this year that they can look efficient when playing the Kings, the Wizards, the Suns, the Cavs, the Bobcats who combine for a 46 and 128 record or .360 winning percentage and split a home and home with the Celtics who are one game over .500
as (e)'s Post shows.
Wizards (Win)
@Grizz (Loss)
Suns (Win)
@Cavs (Win)
Bobcats (Win)
@Bobcats (Win)
@Celtics (Loss)
Kings (Win)
Celtics (Win)

Seriously, yall didn't do your homework. Pretty pathetic.

You guys keep falling on the crutch Bogans uhh this guy started for the championship Dynasty Spurs and?

For crying out loud the Bulls are winning games with

John Lucas III

C.J. Watson

Amytiville Horror

Brewer is no good either and there have been quite a few games where Thibs has sat Noah and Boozer long stretches for not playing well yet they still win.....

Won against

Cavs 11-16
Wash 7-23
Bobcats 3-26
Suns 12-18
Kings 10-19
Bobcats 3-26
Celtics 15-14

Lost to
Grizz 16-14
Celtics 15-14

Look again and ask yourself if there is a logical connect to wins and looses there. This is your evidence to say a team should have had the best record in the league and that the MVP is invalid. Remind you there are four superteams in the league. There are no other superstars on the Bulls. They couldn't beat a trap. Any team with good defense will beat teams that are .360 in their winning percentage.

Move on people. There is nothing to see here.

I don't think the Bulls can beat Miami, even with Rose.

If it was where the Heat always had 10 pt lead in all our games, I'd be doubtful. But EVERY game we have ever played against the Heat since the beginning of last season has been close, usually a 2-3 point difference. What that tells me is that all the Bulls have to do, is be that team that makes the right choices, and make the Heat the team that made the mistake that cost them the game. And I can see the Bulls doing that 4 times.
