Joyner/28renyoy/Mash Transit will say you're crazy and Westbrook nothing but a chucking failure who's not even top 10.

yes. although he needs to slow down sometimes, and limit those turnovers. he gets no exposure in okc, which is probly eating him alive.

He's having a fantastic season, especially if you look at the way he started.

Just put him at SG already, 1.25 assist/turnover ratio...

He's been insanely good this year.

He is a good PG for the Thunder. Some teams don't need a true PG. Look at Jordan's teams. He always had the ball in his hands..

A Russell Westbrook with slightly smarter decision making would be unstoppable in OKC. Already a top 10 player. Those disagreeing haven't watched any Thunder games, and seen him at times single handedly destroy the opposition on both ends of the floor.

russell westbrook is a perfect example of people judging a player based on what he doesnt do, rather than what he does. he is a great player, regardless of how he plays the position, maybe hes turnover prone, has questionable shot selection, maybe he is the smartest pg, but he gets the job done. it may not be pretty, but hes very effective, and a great player.

poor-IQ-for-a-PG-is-just-really-difficult-to-overlook...i-don't-really-get-how-OKC-fans-forgive-that-aspect-of-Westbrooks-so-much-or-make-excuses-for-it-since-its-one-of-the-more-controllable/addressable-aspects-of-a-players-issue,and-extremely-frustrating-from-the-PoV-of-watching-as-a-fan-especially-late-game-situations-that-matter...i-can-forgive-missed-shots-and-almost-every-other-player-issue-much-more....its-even-worse-than-lazy-defense-IMO.

Maybe we overlook it because we made the WCF last year and have one of the best teams in the league this year.

Oh yea, Westbrook is 23 years old. Plenty of room to grow and locked into a contract at a place he wants to be.

I am very impressed.... there is even talks/articles out there about who is really the best player in OKC.... Durant is better imo... but statistically they are pretty close overall.. 23-5-6 vs 27-8-3
