In their primes? Well:
If it's 1/2 court - Duncan and Shaq because of the difference in weight - Shaq was 327 in '00-'01
If it's full court Russell and Chamberlain would be non-stop steals followed by lob city and it wouldn't even be a close game - track and field studs, vs two much slower ~heavier guys would just make the match way too lop-sided.
I'd say the most competitive game if 1/2 court would be '72 (315lbs) Wilt, with 1964-65 Russell (fast, yet still relatively young but at that time a heavier 235lbs) ------- vs Prime Shaq/Duncan. Russell would still be faster than both of those guys, Wilt - even if he couldn't stop him - would make Shaq's life hell pushing him around and blocking shots like no NBA player Shaq had ever faced. Shaq'd get a taste of a player closer to his size and as strong/stronger in the low post. But not sure if the vintage duo would be able to out score them - the defense from those 60's guys would be flat out awesome but the offense of prime Shaq and Duncan was also awesome... I'm still gonna go with the newer guys in the half-court because although young Wilt/Bill would light up any game scoring wise, -- half court just doesn't work when those guys were lighter in weight and younger - you gotta be big and Bill and Wilt weren't big until they were older and in Wilt's case, not scoring as much.
In the open court, I'd pick 1961-62 Wilt and 1963-64 Russell - and vs them it'd have to be rookie Shaq and Rookie Duncan or no later than 3rd season for each - because skill isn't going to be the difference, athleticism is... might not matter though. In any game over 20 minutes no matter how young Shaq/Duncan is they'd still lose. Wilt never got tired. And he could shoot at that age in the impossible chance that he and Russell were beat down court. The open court is owned by the 60's Track and Field centers.
