Galaxy has almost the same team as last Wednesday. TFC has Soolsma in place of Luis Silva and Kocic for Frei.
The crowd is very small considering how important this game is.

Wow, Santos Laguna beats the crap out of Sounders 6-1 earlier today and advances to semi-final.

Yeah, Mexican teams are just better than others when their mindset are right. Not a lot of MLS have been able to beat them.
That makes me a TFC fan kinda proud that they actually did against Cruz Azul at their home field years ago.

Can't believe they're in the semis. Imagine being in the Club World Cup? lol

Being royally destroyed by Barca in Japan would be great privilege for any MLS teams
But then again, being able to make it is more important to overall creditability to the club and the league.
Still, there are two-and-a-half Mexican teams in front of them, and they are all strong. That doesn't mean they can't make it through, but it will be very difficult.

Disappointing for the Galaxy, really do need Omar back asap. I loved bringing back Buddle, but not at the cost of Ricketts

I thought Saunders last year played good for the Galaxy. There's no point of having two capable goalies and Ricketts is getting old.
I also don't think LA's playing style fits that personnel. Galaxy seem to be a team that controls possesion, plays good defense and tries to win those 1-0 matches. They are loaded in attacking players and lacking in defense so maybe they should change the philosophy a bit?

Montreal Impact just signed Italian striker Bernado Corradi. You may remember him for his days with Manchester City and this goal celebration:
