Fire sure has a good collection of interesting last names; Pause, Jumper, Pappa and Puppo.

What an absolutely last minute shot. There would be a mini-riot outside of the stadium if it was in.

TFC vs Sounders tonight. Sounders will try very hard to get a good result after that terrible loss in CCL last Wednesday.

Red Bulls are bout to go balls deep in this league. Not really but I do expect a win against the favorites RSL at their stadium. They have some injuries and NYRB just played stupid last week. It will be nice because RSL has been dominating RB as of late.

I'm also going to catch some of the LA-DC game. I really liked the signing of Salihi for DC United.

I also forgot to put my preseason award winners

MVP: Sebastien Le Toux (VAN)
Golden Boot: Wondo (SJ)
Assist Leader: Becks(LA)
Rookie of the Year: Ryan Meara, GK (NYRB)
Best Defender: Ugo Ihemelu? (FCD)
Biggest Transfer: Brek Shea (FCD)
MLS Cup Winner: Seattle
Supporters Shield: LAG
Open Cup: Portland
Surprise team: Vancouver

Power Rankings:
1) LA Galaxy
2) Seattle
3) Sporting KC
4) RSL
5) NYRB
6) FC Dallas
7) DC United
8) Vancouver
9) Portland
10) Houston
11) Toronto
12) Philly
13) San Jose
14) Colorado
15) Chicago Fire
16) Columbus Crew
17) Chivas USA
18) Montreal
19) New England Revolution

Thoughts??

I really like Vancouver this year. They have some great offensive weapons and got possibly the best player in the league this offseason. Regardless they are going to be fun to watch..

Sorry for being a homer, but Luis Silva (TFC) should have a great chance to be RotY also.

I'm being a homer with my pick as well so no worries I did hear about Luis Silva and I was thinking about it but I'm not sure if he'll be a everyday starter while Meara barring a new signing or poor outings will be the GK for the season.

So what's TFC's lineup looking like?

He is good enough to start the first match of the season...... well, that maybe because of De Guzman was banned. Still, he looks like he will be the first midfielder off the bench for the whole season, or be the first choice of attacking midfielder if someone injures.

TFC's formation is now 5-2-3 with Koevermans, Plata, and Ryan Johnson as strikers and Frings as a sweeper.

David Estrada netted a hat trick, Frings hurts.

Red Bulls are terrible.. ****ing awful making amateurish mistakes. I feel bad for Henry as he's the only player that is a threat on the team atm.

It could be just a strained hamstring seeing that he can walk off the turf. I could be worse though.

Beckham is such a great player. He's just picking apart United with his passing and he has so much creativity for a MLS player. Robbie Keane is also pretty ****ing good as well and his second goal was a great finish.

I get so envious of the Galaxy with their unselfish, creative play totally opposite of the red bulls
