I think he's uncertain, wants to see how things go before commiting himself for too long, don't blame him for that, I sure as hell wouldn't want to end up the next AI or KG if I was him either.
He will use the next 4 or 5 years working to get a championship in Cleveland.
This puts the pressure on Gilbert and Ferry to supplement his talents with the appropriate players. As they say...we are on the clock.
Will he eventually leave Cleveland?
Of course.
If he does win a championship here, he will have done what he said he wanted. Time to move to center stage with the big markets.
If he doesn't win here in Cleveland after his next contract, why would he stay? All great players are considered great by the number of rings on their fingers. (stupid criteria if you ask me) But common business scense would dictate the move.
but if he leaves Cleveland for any of the above mentioned reasons, how will he deal with the fallout? there will be fans and media outlets which will CRUCIFY him.
