Default Watching FSU vs. Duke in the ACC Semifinal, with one thought:

Seth Curry is going to have a hard time joining his brother in the NBA. Keeps bricking 3s off the dribble, and I don't know why Coach K is giving him this green light.

I wasn't aware he ever was an NBA prospect. A 6'1" SG who doesn't have good speed or quickness has almost zero shot of sticking in the league.

Steph Curry carried DAVIDSON to the Elite 8. Seth Curry is the 3rd or 4th best player on a team whose ceiling is the Sweet 16 or Elite 8. Oh, and he plays for DUKE. Steph Curry was a much better player in college than Seth Curry, and it's not even close.

I figured he had a small chance because of his dad and brother and now coming out of Duke, maybe he gets drafted in the second round or at least invited to someone's camp.

Didn't like how he would just do a few dribble moves, not get himself open and then fire though, I don't know where his talent will lead him but that wasn't impressive.

Not close to a pro. Not even in Rivers' class, and Rivers has a looooong way to go.

Rivers would be a late lottery pick if he went pro now, and if he stays in school could improve his stock. Rivers wouldn't have a high impact on an NBA team right now but would be a first round lock based on the potential he's shown.

Agreed, and so is with Austin Rivers. *sigh* They have good father and brother, but the lineage really is not the only thing that matters.

How come? Past history shows Currys and Rivers' are good, so these guys must be rewarded.

Like your theory on Kansas.
