Good win for UK, well-deserved. The next game will be a much more even and unpredictable match. People need to give more credits to KU's big man Thomas Robinson. 'cause, well you see, not everyone can save Bill Self from choking. The last time it happened we witnessed the rescuer winning MOP, this time we will see.
One single player doesn't get a coach to the Final Four or win him a championship. You just embarrass yourself more and more with every post you make.
Props to Kentucky but I'm kind of surprised Louisville hung with them that close and had the game tied midway through the second half. Louisville just took some dumb rushed shots every time they got within 2-5 points
Kentucky had 4-5 first rounders on the floor most of the game and I'm not sure Louisville has one future first rounder on their roster. Blackshear is a possibility but that's it.
I agree, all props due to UK. The 'Ville gave them their best shot, and nobody on Kentucky backed down. The way I see it, there were no real losers in this game. Pitino and crew can hold their heads high.
What the game did show, though, is that while Calipari is a much better coach than people give him credit for, Pitino is absolutely elite. If the coaches switched teams, UK would have won in a rout.
Pitino might like to bang low-wage waitresses on the side, but that shouldn't prevent him from being in the Hall of Fame, because there is no doubt that he's one of the best to ever coach on the college level.
