The Cutler trade was the 2009 and 2010 1st. And we traded the 2010 2nd for the late Gaines Adams.

Now this years 1st can be used on anything. More OLine help, another DE or maybe youth in the LB corps. Would love Burdict in the 3rd.

Hopefully we can still go after a guy like Mincey from Jax or Carlson from Sea. I like Davis as a TE but not sure how much the Bears are going to use him if he's re-signed.

Good move Chicago.

Right up there with the Packers and Lions

Cmon. Lions only got in due to Cutler's thumb. The lions are the reason Flynn will get a big contract

Cutler never would have gotten hurt if Knox had pivoted correctly, which caused him to slip in the first place, in addition to the fact that he sat there and pouted while the defender was running back with the ball. Check the footage if you have it. A couple days after the game a close friend of Hester told me that just about the entire offensive was fuming at Knox for that, especially since Cutler went down because of it.

Anyways......I guess Cutler has a little pull around here!

Thanks Jay for lobbying for Marshall for quite a while. You got JUST what you asked for!!

Come on Emery and Lovie, let's wrap up Williams now!!

I'm okay with this thread. He's a top 5 WR in my eyes. He's just fukked in the head.

Wow what a steal. Draft picks get mad overrated. Don't understand it at all unless Peyton is coming. Even then, stupid Dolphins.

Draft picks are how you build your team up. They are not overrated. And having said that, it doesnt mean Miami got over with giving away a talented yet headcase, crappy character guy in Brandon Marshall. The Bears needed a WR. They finally got a legit guy there as opposed to lookin at the draft.

I dont get Miami thinking on this though. V.Jax is gone, Colston gone. So getting rid of Brandon Marshall for a better or collection of WRs isnt it.

We've heard some disturbing allegations around Marvin Harrison, and although not truly evil Edge had some issues. I don't think Manning demands he be surrounded by choir boys.

Of course they are how you build your team but they are never a sure thing. Especially a 3rd rounder. If you get a starter out of that pick you hit the jackpot. Getting a prowbowl WR for 2 3rds is imo a fantastic deal.

Looks good. Although those are some old guys who don't play for chicago around that #15. Vasher and Archuleta lol. I guess Marshall is gonna rock 15 again.

That pic was tweeted by Marshall himself actually.
