There was no chase, and you don't have the right not to be followed or observed, so long as it's not a repetitive, hostile, harassing action.
Following someone who you find suspicious once? Fine. Following him every day when you didn't find anything the first time? Not fine.
George Zimmerman "followed" Trayvon for maybe 20 seconds before he lost him. After this point, you cannot say Zimmerman was "pursuing" Trayvon since he was just standing around talking to the 911 operator with Trayvon already long gone, then afterwards heading back to his car.
Trayvon, who had already made it to his dad's house, doubled BACK in order to confront, assault, and ultimately be killed by Zimmerman.
You really need to put "Zimmerman claims" before all your posts.
Most of what you say has not been given as evidence in court. If we wanted to believe everything Zimmerman said, there would be no need for a trial.
just as I posted that played the part of Zimmerman's interview where he claimed he wasn't following Martin, he was just going in the same direction at the same time. The cop literally laughed and explained, "George, that's following."
He wasn't sloppy. He was probably 50 pounds lighter than his first arrest. This is after he was training 3 days a week in a gym.
His injuries were fairly superficial. He received no stitches for his cuts. He claimed a broken nose, but refused to have an Ear-Nose-Throat doctor look at it.
once again .. the self defense claim is about whether he feared for his life or serious bodily harm .. even if his skull was bashed once against the concrete, that's enough because tm allegedly kept attacking him and aiming for his head when they were on the grass .. head trauma can be deadly .. doesn't take much to knock somebody out and from there your life is out of your hands .. his self defense claim doesn't hinge on his injuries .. it hinges on whether he reasonably feared for his life or serious bodily injury ..
so the emphasis of focus should be on a) who attacked who and b) who was on top of who 'grounding and pounding'
so far the prosecution is losing badly .. defense has neutralized almost all, if not all of their witnesses .. all 30+ of them .. the prosecution has even turned on multiple witnesses of their own .. ridiculous .. this is ALL political .. this should've never gone to trial .. total waste of public $$ and resources
MARTIN: Naw but he aint breed nuff 4 me, only his nose
As his girlfriend complained, Martin was "always" fighting. He was also something of a sadist. His opponent, after all, did not bleed enough. Why might this be relevant?
Witness #6, the best of the eyewitnesses to the shooting, told the Sanford PD that a there was a "black man in a black hoodie on top of either a white guy ... or an Hispanic guy in a red sweater on the ground yelling out help," and that black man on top was "throwing down blows on the guy MMA [mixed martial arts] style."
I'm almost convinced tray tray attacked gz .. the prosecution is getting their asses handed to them and the defense hasn't even put on their own case
zimmerman didn't go around fighting people in fight clubs .. tm had a penchant for fighting ..and he was sadistic about it .. 'didn't bleed enough for me' .. he attacked him .. stop making excuses for the punk
zimmerman didn't go around fighting people in fight clubs .. tm had a penchant for fighting .. just to fight .. and he wanted to make sure they 'bled enough' .. he attacked him .. stop making excuses for the punk
What excuse? Post Zimmerman's history and match it side by side.
we know exactly what happened .. this whole trial is a bunch of bullsh .. politically motivated bs ..
.. gz was keeping an eye on tm because he was suspicious of tm .. he continued keeping an eye on him and tracking him so the police would know where tm was when they got there .. gz ended up losing sight of tm .. tm was annoyed that this 'creepy ass cracka' was eyeing him and tracking him .. after all, wtf is gz to be doing that .. that annoyance turned to anger and he swung at gz
