The only person manipulating the outcome is the judge.
His "testimonal" was those techniques were unreliable with a brief audio source of this quality.

What the hell was West thinking with that cross examination?

Guy just made the prosecution's case better than the prosecution has with that imperfect self defense and disproportionate force stuff. He even laid out a scenario where Zim started the conflict. The witness basically agreed that shooting someone in the heart was unreasonable and the ultimate disproportionate response.

Well done, Walter White

Zimmerman is ****ed.

From what i understand, even if he's found not guilty of 2nd degree murder, he could still be found guilty of mansluaghter against a minor, which in Florida carries almost the same sentance.

Heard it on CNN last night while Piers Morgan was interviewing Casey Anthony's old lawyer.

Give it up, you're an idiot and can only resort to name calling because you can't refute my initial premise. Stick to the argument. Insults are nothing more than a cop out.

Give it up?

I've been right since day fcking 1 you moron. Go back and look at the first 50 pages of this thread. It's me ALONE defending Zimmerman against every idiot ISH has to offer.

Now that it's obvious he's not guilty of murder half of the lynch mob has disappeared entirely, the rest are blaming the prosecution and you are saying it's a conspiracy.

Suck my dick LOL

He also said guessing a person's age based on what he heard is hard to do. I would hardly call that "expert" opinion. An expert opinion would be to use scientific methodologies to identify specific sound recognition by tonality, frequency, and other stimuli.

He basically said, "Based on my sh*tty hearing, I don't think that could be so and so." Yea that is the expert opinion idiots like bmulls is falling hardline for.

And then it will go to mistrial. But you're implying they don't move to dismiss the case because the state did not prove anything.

I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't know that, for someone who keeps calling the prosecutors "Trayvon's lawyers" and insisted the charges should've been murder 1 when the state is having difficulty even getting murder 2. Not to mention you not knowing the difference between the two and manslaughter.

Misrepresenting the context, trolling, and outright lying because you have made up your mind all along to support Zimmerman based on a racist agenda.

I'm not falling for your horsesh*t anymore; go pull on some other strings. Everybody knows what you are about. You're nothing more than a joke and cannot be taken seriously in this thread.
