I think the defense is trying to submit the wrong animation into evidence.

Screw that 1996 video game looking one, use this.

Try and post pictures to disprove that, it wont work.

You're using the term "kid" as an emotional appeal. The fact that he was still a minor dosen't mean anything. Juvenile offenders have been executed.

If Zim gets off, he'll have a lot of 'neighborhood cleaning' to do if flipping the bird and wearing gold teeth is justification for murder.

That's some back to the future shit right there

Only if they turn into physically capable males and get on top of George to physically assault him.

That's the devil right there, despite the fact that he was found with ice tea and skittles and minding his own business.

He was a muscular, teenage football player. People keep saying "kid" and keep bringing up skittles to play him up as an "innocent little kid."

Yeah, that's the only evidence of assault.

Had Martin lived he would be in jail or prison for aggravated assault and aggravated battery with the internt to do great bodily harm or kill, or possibly murder or attempted murder had he beaten George to death or into a coma or shot him with George's gun he was reaching for. You can't launch an unprovoked attack on somebody because "some creepy ass cracker is following me."

Sworn testimony counts as evidence.
