Default What if Clippers didn't acquire Chris Paul?

But still signed Billups, Martin and traded for Nick Young, how would they be doing thus far in the season?

PG: Chauncey Billups - Maurice Williams - Eric Bledsoe
SG: Eric Gordon - Randy Foye - Travis Leslie
SF: Caron Butler - Nick Young - Al-Farouq Aminu - Ryan Gomes
PF: Blake Griffin - Kenyon Martin - Trey Thompkins
CE: DeAndre Jordan - Chris Kaman

I don't think Gordon is injured but sitting out due to tanking/Hornets wanting to keep his $$$ value down or else he would probably be averaging 20/3/3 on decent shooting.

That bench though, would be deep, 2nd unit would probably beat the current Bobcats, Hornets and Wizards as well.

I think Paul's bailed us out a lot in close games, more than we'd like to remember. Chauncey's one of the best in late game situations but he's not as clutch as CP3. Having Young/Martin/Kaman this year would be very interesting to say the least (that second unit looks like an average starting unit, wow)... and I much as I love Gordon, he's still not even half the closer Billups is. With Griffin having clearly not made any improvements to his game from last year and Butler becoming decidedly average over the stretch, I'd say we'd be the #7th seed and #9th at worst in the West without CP3.
