Anyone fill out an All-Star ballot? Mine would be along the lines of:

C: AJ Pierz/Carlos Ruiz
1B: Uncle Paulie/Votto
2B: Cano/Altuve
3B: Miggy/Wright
SS: Elvis/Ian Desmond
AL OF: Joey Bats/Hamilton/Adam Jones
NL OF: Braun/McCutchen/Beltran

Hard to choose NL 2nd base, but I just love what Altuve has been doing this season. NL SS could've easily gone to Castro as well, but Desmond has been one of the players holding the Nats together as much as he can on offense with all the injuries they've been going through. NL OF is pretty crowded too and I won't lie on my actual voting ballot I went with Giancarlo.

I'm downtown looking at people and wondering "why are all these Cubs fans out here so soon and the game just started?". I pulled out the phone, went online and saw they were losing 16-1, and the game isn't even over yet. LOL. Life is good

No. Not good at all. They're supposed to start winning so that the Padres can lock that 1st pick. Which they will then proceed to f*ck up.

CC Sabathia just went on the 15 day DL, and now today Pettitte fractured his left ankle and is out 6 weeks.

I've never had a fantasy team this cursed, or more specifically one position. Daniel Hudson has been off and on the DL this year. Halladay is on the DL. Guys like McCarthy, Stauffer, and one or two others have spent time on the DL. Somehow I've held onto 4th-5th place.

Daniel Hudson has a torn UCL in his elbow, will probably have Tommy John surgery and miss the rest of the year. He's on two of my fantasy teams, it sucks.

Yep. I thought I had a loaded pitching staff coming into the season. It's a keeper league so I got to keep Halladay and Cain. Then with my 3rd and 4th picks I took Hudson and Matt Moore. Now Halladay is on the DL, Hudson is out for the year, the other two starters I drafted (Brandon McCarthy and Tim Stauffer) have been on the DL, and now two or three of the pitchers I've picked up via FAgency have gone on the DL.

I've had injury riddled fantasy seasons before, but this one may take the cake when you throw in Matt Kemp spending his second stint on the DL. I'm just waiting for Miguel Cabrera, Adam Jones, or Dustin Pedroia to tear an ACL or break an arm to top it all off.

The Dodgers have agreed to sign Cuban Outfielder Yasel Puig to a multi-year deal worth over 40 million dollars.

This is a boat load of money for someone who isn't considered better than Cespedes or Soler. Doesn't make much sense, but we'll see what how many years, etc.

7 years/42 million...and they haven't even seen him play in a game.

..and apparently the Dodgers weren't even the highest bidders, but he chose them anyway. Seems like a bit of a crazy contract.

Trevor Bauer's debut tonight. He just finished the first inning, K'd Bourn to start the game, throwing 92-95 with the FB.

The pitch he struck out Bourn with was weird, looked like a changeup kind of, or a backwards slider. Really not sure what it was.

Looking forward to seeing more of his off speed stuff as the game goes by, he threw two terrible curveballs in the first.
