I wouldn't say he's good. His FB velocity has continually dwindled down, which could be explained by his shoulder, but who's to say that he'll remain healthy? All of his other numbers have been continually getting worse; he's walking more, giving up more home runs, and his ERA/FIP/xFIP (whatever you like to look at) has continually gotten worse. He can still be solid, but at this point he might not be any better than Teheran/Delgado, whichever one they decide to call up (though neither have been very impressive in the majors, but they're still very young).
Part of me is basing this on how horrible he was against the Marlins as well. Somehow the Braves managed to win those games he pitched, but he was walking batters left and right and got bailed out continually by the Marlins' terrible offense. Just looked up the numbers and in three starts he walked 12 batters and gave up 15 hits in 15 innings.
