I think there is about a 95% chance the Colts take Luck but here is the thing...at this time time the Colts are free to announce that they will be taking Luck...

if they aren't calling it a "lock" then neither will I

It's not a given that Luck is better, which is why Indy would be thinking about it. A great passer with CB speed is a rare package.

yeah, truth is that RG3 had better passing numbers than Luck...granted I am not that familiar with either team's WR squad...but I know Stanford had a killer o-line.

I can't help but to think that EVERYONE assumes Luck is the better passer just due to the fact that he is white.
