Why are you so sure that Congo is a "tougher area"? Poorer, sure. Tougher?
What if I told you that Washington D.C. has a higher murder rate and crime rate than Congo. It's true. You're more likely to be the victim of murder and other violent crimes where Kevin Durant grew up than where Serge Ibaka did. Does this now mean that Durant would automatically beat Ibaka in a fist fight?
South Side Chicago also has a higher murder rate and violent crime rate than congo. Does that now mean that Dwyane Wade and Derrick Rose are excellent fighters?
Lil' Wayne grew up in New Orleans, which has frequently been the murder capitol. Does this make him a great fighter?
Don't forget Steve Blake. He's from Miami, which again, has a higher murder rate than Congo. Would he whoop Ibaka's ass?
