Re: Give credit where credit is due: Atlanta Hawks
Thanks to the posters who gave this thread some thought. I understand the organization as a whole can be frustrating but I'm a die hard fan so I stick by my team. I really think we can win this first round series especially with home court, but the Celtics are NO push over. I expect this to go 6 or 7 games
Re: Give credit where credit is due: Atlanta Hawks
Team deserves mad respect...but they're not as good as Boston, with Al Horford...without...not gonna happen.
But that's not hating...Josh Smith...what a season. Deserves 2nd Team All-NBA and 2nd Team All-Defense. He'll get All-Defense and probably 3rd Team All-NBA. Great season.
Re: Give credit where credit is due: Atlanta Hawks
Credit for what? They always finish 4-5th and suck in the playoffs. Same old boring story with the hawks..
I feel sorry for there true fans, because the team just never seems to be able to take that next step. Not surprising no one wants to play there. How much of an advantage is home court anyway? There home crowd is pathetic.
Re: Give credit where credit is due: Atlanta Hawks
I swear the Hawks took the Celtics to a game 7 few years back when Beantown won it all? No one was expecting that, and I think a lot of people overlook them just b/c its so easy to.

Josh Smith is you're top dog.The guy has taken his game to a new level. You're bench has been getrting better in the last few weeks. Tmac looks like he is back into the rotation and is producing again, green and pargo are scoring in good spurts and ivan johnson is the man.
