Lawrence Frank feels lockout hurt the team
He wasn't making excuses, but Pistons first-year coach Lawrence Frank admitted Friday that he felt handicapped by the lockout because it didn't allow him to develop relationships with players.
Frank is pleased that he will be able to go back to his preferred methods of staying in contact with players throughout the off-season.
And it will be more than just Frank and his staff being available at the practice facility. He and his staff plan to visit players in their hometowns or wherever they train in the off-season.
