Nash
Chauncey billups
Lin
Randy foye
Jr smith
Fields
Novak
Nenad krstic
J Jeffries.
Illyasova
Spencer hawes
Ryan Anderson
Chances are that Nash/hawes/Anderson/illyasova. All are out of the running, but you check - then you figure out a way to come out of free agency with billups, foye, and krstic in addition to re signing Lin, fields, Novak, and Jeffries and you have a great squad to move forward with

There are probably only 2 players on that list that actually have a chance of joining the Knicks considering the money situation (excluding the guys who were on the roster last year). Kristic and Foye. All others was just a waste of typing. There is a snowmans chance in hades that Billups ever be in MSG as a home player.

Like it was mentioned before now we compete with the league to get players.
Yea for instance my boy said that 6 teams called Machado and we weren't one of them.

Who's BEEN saying this for over a year now? This guy!

Toney Douglas, Jorts, Jordan are on it, and JR Smiths brother, so far.
This is a waste. I don't mind Jorts and Jordan but we already know what Toney brings to the table and he isn't going to get much better. Also, Chris Smith is not an NBA quality player. At least not yet. He wasn't even the 4th best player on his team at Louisville.

The team is going the free agent route, especially now that the bird rights issues are settled.
I have a feeling we're going to go hard after Jason Kidd

I heard the mvp of the belgium basketball league is on our summer squad, dont know the dudes name tho.
All this outsourcing of jobs is killing the league. Where's Obama when you need him? lol

Hey franchize, your boy al thornton has agreed to play for the nets summer league team
I'd say lucky them, but considering the nonsense Billy King has been pulling lately, this is a silver lining in a VERY dark cloud.

Yea, I'd like to bring Billups back but there's probably a stroger chance that Van Gundy coaches the Knicks again than Billups signs with us... and that's not hyperbole.
The Knicks feel good about their chances of re-signing Steve Novak despite nearly a dozen teams contacting his agent yesterday on the first day of free agency.
But as a back-up plan, the Knicks have targeted free-agent forward, Anthony Tolliver as a possible replacement, according to sources. Tolliver was an excellent 3-point shooter two seasons ago with the Timberwolves before being hampered by a wrist injury last season.
A good rebounder and defender, Tolliver’s adjusted plus-minus ratings have pro scouts impressed. The Knicks are afraid of the new luxury-tax penalty and prefer not to have to compete with a club offering Novak the full $5 million mid-level exception.
Would someone really give Novak $5 million? I got roasted for saying he would get $3m.
