OT......

Wade Allen LeBron Bosh Camby (?)

That starting lineup could absolutely smash that 72-10.

Bayless has never really found a home in the NBA. Interest now seems tepid at best.

What's he good at?
Bayless avg 11 and 3 in an injury plagued year on a woeful Raptors team.

Grunwald Moves:

1. Sign a sg/sf who's mostly known for is dunks rather than his actual play. Was a d-League MVP some years back thought if I'm not mistaken.

2. Signed 39 year old pg (coming off a season where he avg 6 ppg and 5 apg despite having a roster with shooters on it) to a 3 yr 9 mil contract. Essentially either rid us of any tradeable assets or sapping our MLE.

3. Added the younger brother of a player who may or may not re-sign to the Summer League roster despite that player being arguably the 6th or 7th best player on the his college team.

4. Drafted a foreign player who has some accolades overseas but almost assuredly will not play for the Knicks this season and maybe not ever.

And I have no reason to be concerned or upset?

miami stated the signing of ray allen will not affect anything because houston is open to a sign and trade, and camby will start. All we got was kidd, damn what a great organization dolan has.

Players don't want to play with the dudes we have.

I've already come to that conclusion since last year.

The only way we can get talent is to overpay.

That's how we got the guys we have already, but eventually the cap will slow you down.

Oh boy. Here we go. More excuses. Knickscity, why cant you call it like it is? Grunwald is failing at his job. The rich are getting richer. You cant blame this one on the players or even Dolan. James Dolan, as dumb as he can be, always was willing to spend money. Grunwald simply doesnt know who to give it to. Now Miami may get a guy who is 38 but just as good if not better than Tyson Chandler for about 1/4 the price.

Ill wait until July 11th when FA becomes official but trust, a fire Grunwald thread is looming lol

Franchize, you're complaining about the moves, but won't acknowledge the real issues as if they aren't there.

No one is coming to play with Tyson Melo and Amare.

We lost Nash because of Kobe, a player better than all three of our guys.

Ray would rather sleep with the enemy than to come here.

Kidd only came because he had 3 million bucks.

Jr came because we had more than the Clippers.

Tyson said he came to play with them, but come on, we know the money meant something too.

Players aren't coming to play with our guys, unless we overpay.

I'd be absolutely shocked if Camby picks us over the Heat, but I'd love to be wrong.

But the fact remains...no one wants to play with our two highest players.

Thats not fact. Thats opinion sir. Id love to see quotes from players from you.

Im not talking about the big name guys. There are guys who just want to get on a team and show what they can do. Ill give you an example... Cartier Martin. Solid backup sf with a great work ethic. Hes been living off of 10 day contracts. Hes a guy we could easily get for cheap. Sundiata Gaines. Jonny Flynn. Willie Green. Derrick Brown. Anthony Randolph. Jodie Meeks. Jannero Pargo. Just cheap suggestions.

Camby considering Knicks, Heat, Rockets, Mavs and Spurs while Brooklyn is emerging as a "dark horse." Houston is open to a sign and trade

At this stage in the game, if Kidd in fact wont cost us our MLE, I think we should offer it to Gerald Green (yea the guy I told you guys would be good yrs ago). He may get offers elsewhere but I think they will be one or two yr deald. Teams wanna see if hes a fluke kinda like how we should be doing with Lin. I say we give him a three yr deal with team option for four. You have to do it now while there are still other sg on the market.

We're about to give 30mil to Lin for 25 or so games...

I for one would like to get Gerald Green no doubt but I'm not sure how much he's worth. Definitely impressed me last season though.

I dont know what happened with the whole Novak situation, but if he's not back Shawne Williams became available this week. He and Portland agreed on a buy out I think.
