It's pretty basic really. A Robert Horry three point attempt was a secondary part of the play.
They ran a pick and pop with him and Bryant after Horry set an off the ball screen. Instead of using the pick, Kobe drove right and drew webber anyway. Horry maintained position for the pick and pop, and was WIDE OPEN. If anything, Kobe made the wrong play shooting it, he should have passed it to Horry then. Once the shot missed, Horry stayed there in case the ball was slapped back out, which as destiny would have it actually happened.
So you are wrong OP, and Horry is right. This all happened in seconds, easy to pick apart afterwards. You still got it wrong. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=769f_gjkDaA
LOL, u dumb as shiite. 2 seconds to go, but somehow, kobe managed to drive and get a layup attempt, then shaq managed to get a rebound and miss a putback, and vlade managed to tap the ball out to horry to hit the 3. WOW LONG 2 FUKKING SECONDS.
Horry was doing what Horry does, and that's hit dagger 3's in your fukking eyeball. Get a clue kid.
baaaammm, ethered
there are several options, not all of them are the bigs pack the paint.. especially with the assassin Horry on the court
Why are you posting in here? No one is arguing the length of time since the kobe drive to the tap out to horry. we are talking about being at the wrong place (right place) at the right time.
Horry's shot nor his positioning should not be taught to anyone fundamentally.
If you are not arguing whether its the right play or not, why are you just stating trifling facts.
what are you talking about? Horry was a player known to make big shots, in a 2 poingt game he is supossed to be at the 3 point line, if it was shaq who made the 3 pointer then yea you have a point, but for Horry the right place to be was at the 3 point line..
