CLUTCH yet again from Deuce Dempsey! 4 goals for him in last 4 games. Great to see the Americans rounding into form just in time for the hex. Now we just need a good performance from Bradley today on a struggling Roma side.

I'd love to see him succeed and he's impressed me in the few times I've seen him with the national team but I heard he had a pretty poor season in the MLS last year and is coming off an injury? Also, I hope he can adjust to TP's unorthodox style of play because it's not hard to land in his doghouse and never see the pitch.

The year before he was a MVP candidate but he did have a disappointing year last year but i'll dismiss it as FC Dallas were a poor offensive squad with no talent around Shea offensively whatsoever and that their manager used Shea a bit differently. He also had a falling out with the coach and the injuries didn't help either. Even if you watched his games last year it was obvious to spot he was very talented.
As for Stoke I don't know about their style but I do know they are a real physical rugby like team. But Shea has a big frame(6'4) and he's explosive/athletic for a tall guy so that could possibly be a good fit? Stoke City is quickly becoming filled with Americans: Cameron, Edu, Shea
