Florentino Perez is set to announce tonight at 8pm GMT that Mourinho will be relieved from his duties. I reckon they're pursuing Ancelotti aggressively or may be close to getting a deal done with him.

As for Mourinho, there's a place here in West London waiting for your return back home.

Gotta love Jürgen Klopp talking about transfers:

"Kagawa is one of the best 10's in the world and because he went to the wrong team he now plays 20 minutes a game, from the left side. This breaks my heart, his entire skillset pertains to playing from a central position behind a striker. (as poorly translated by me)

Such a good dude. You know he cares more about his players going to teams that buy just to buy and don't have a good use for them (Kagawa's career getting destroyed by Ferguson, Sahin's by Real Madrid, maybe Götze next season) than he cares about them leaving his team. It's so wasteful and such a tragedy for the true fans of the sport.

I don't know why huge clubs are hiring debuting coaches these days. Leonardo, Stramaccioni, Pep, Van Basten, De Boer... I'm sure some of you could rattle off some more.
Some players are natural head coaches and Seedorf certainly seems one of those, but it would be wise to let them mature at a smaller venue first.

Manchester City and New York Yankees just bought a new MLS team, to be called NYC FC. Lol.

Funny how EVERY Dutch football-legene becomes a manager.

Interesting. Specially the guys from the Ajax Academy. They have a high football-IQ.

in this case it's all about Berlusconi's egomania.
he always likes to stress that he "created" Capello, Sacchi, Ancelotti as coaches when they had little to no experience. now Allegri was not his choice three years ago (it was Galliani's, the Ceo) and he never liked that. after two years of zero titles, he wants to switch back into creation mode. it will be either Seedorf or Inzaghi I think.

but in general i think it's more related to cost reduction... a young coach's salary will be lower + he'll be more patronizing and less of a pain in the ass when it comes to the budget for transfer and more willing to grow young players instead of asking for top players
