Barça wasted no time in getting ahead in Copa del Rey. Pedro puts the Catalans ahead 1-0.

Edit: Damn, seems like Barça is taking all their frustrations out on Athletic. 3-0 already within the first 25 minutes and it could have easily been 4 or 5-0 if not for a great save and a routine miss by Messi.

Athletic should have had a penalty where Pique took down Llorente.

Switzerland thrashed Germany 5-3. Derdiyok, Mehmedi, Barnetta and Xhaka were a handful for the Germans.

Derdiyok looks like a good target forward, although, his goals weren't really impressive today just a bunch of headers but still looked good.

Xhaka is a going to be a great two way midfielder.. He's a creative player but yet he's physical and can play as a holding midfield. Yaya Toure lite?

It's just a friendly.. Germany got shitted on by Switzerland, bulgaria beat Holland, so the rest of the group is looking as bad.... I doubt the players for the Elite teams are even trying to hard in these friendlies and it's just a game to get them prepared and accustomed to their teammates.


Also, you shouldn't be shitting on your country. That's why everyone calls you a band wagoner. Now go in the corner and cheer for Spain
