Not really, I follow a lot of their lifting principles, but wouldn't say I'm that interested in it as a whole.

From what I've been able to surmise, consuming about 200 calories over maintenance is the way to go. Don't expect any quick results though.

And spread out your meals. You need about 5 meals evenly spread out during the day, carbs earlier in the day, transitioning to more proteins/fats at night.

Are you sure you can't eat everything in a 6 hr window @ night?

I hate the sluggish feel after breakfast/lunch. Drives me bonkeres and fukks up with productivity and mental clarity.

What's your height/weight?

You can bulk while doing intermittent fasting but it's a lot harder, when I was bulking I gave myself a 6 hour window on days off, and an 8 hour window on lift days. I was eating between 3500-4500 calories on lift days and I just couldn't do it in the 6 hour window.

I switched my deadlift stance from sumo to conventional the past couple of weeks and my weights have skyrocketed. I went from straining with 345 to 385 X 5 with the last one being a bit of a grinder.

On the downside, tried front squats today with just 35s on each side because I wanted to get form down pat and the bar was straining my wrists/forearms so much I couldn't take it. I either have to become more flexible there or study up how to approach it better which I'll do both but if anyone has any tips please share.

Damn, he really does have chicken legs. But damn, big boy poundage from The Wolverine right there.

J$: Same here, having breakfast tends to make me want to sleep again. I definitely agree with abuC though. Getting big on IF is really slow, unless you really pound the calories hard, which is difficult given a time window. I'm enjoying my journey though because I know I'm hitting two birds with one stone and I'm making slow but noticeable progress.
