150?? Damn, I would try it but I like having use of my shoulders. I'm doing 110's , can't see myself going much heavier for awhile. Props though dude, 150db's ain't no joke.

Thanks, it's not too much stress on my shoulders, my left wrist is the weak link when I use 130+ dbs to be honest.

I might ease back on lifting those dbs though, my chest is getting really big.

For the past week I've been on the stair master for 45 minutes (machine says 5 miles, 600+ calories burned) then I jog for 2 miles right after. I've lost 10-15 pounds in the last month. I feel great.

Planning on doing the same routine all the way through Saturday morning.

i've been cutting for 4/5 weeks now. Looking kinda flat because low carb but my strength is going through the roof.

How low in carbs are you going? When I first started low carb my short term memory was shot to hell and back.

I went from eating between 40-100 carbs a meal for 6 meals to 30-50 carbs for 2-3 meals. But I increased my fat and protein intake.

Anyone here have any experience with liquid egg whites? I really don't have time in the morning to separate my own and I've heard a bunch of people rave about them so its something I've been thinking about looking into.

It's just liquid egg whites. What more do you need to know? It's convenient. Buy them.

That's pretty good, the first week of low carbs and exercising is hell. My daily intake for carbs should be around 400, but I'm down to 50 per day for most of the week, fat is melting off my body.
