I'm going to stick with Candito's Strength program. Pretty much permanently. My squat and deadlift estimated mid 300 mid 400 and ohp in mid 100s (pathetic) but i have pterodactyl arms. With consistent practice and strengthening the skill of strength I hope to get those bad boys up to 400 550 225.

Wishy-washiness has been a flaw of mine since.... forever.

It's time to really understand and LIVE the concept that throwing your shovel and digging down 300 times in ONE well is far, far, far, far superior to digging 10 feet in 30 wholes.

Steadying a sniper rifle and going for the Captain is much matter than wrecklessly scattershooting at everything and anything in sight.

Every week that goes by my shoulders have less and less pain, I worked them out pretty hard this week and had little to no pain or discomfort. Still taking it slow, the heaviest I've gone with DB's on shoulder press is 75# which is 30lbs off my previous work set weight. All the facepulls and rear laterals has my rear delts looking great, and my shoulders jut out from my body a little now thanks to all the lateral raises. I say by August they'll be back to 100%, no surgery needed

I have a meet on June 8th, tried to run a peaking program for squat and bench. So far bench has been going great, but my squats really aren't moving. Bummed out about it for now, hoping I can get out of the funk with about 2 weeks until game time.

My ohp has hit a plateau..60kg x3repsx4sets is the Max I have gone for weeks.. Hoping to finally bench 100kg in the next few weeks

How much do you think a guy who double overhand hooks 375 without belt or a warm up or any carbs/caffeine could max?

Got myself a pair of kettlebells around two weeks ago (thank you, summer job), but I think I bought them too soon coz now my brother agreed to split on a pair of 45s with me. Got damn, that means I could go back to deadlifting.
