If LeBron never wins a ring - still a candidate for top 10 ever?

To be ranked top 10 ever, do you feel that a player have to have won it all at least once? Or can you be a top 10 player if you've dominated the league like crazy while you've been winning them MVP etc..

If LeBron never wins a ring, he is to the age of 27:
- 3 time MVP
- 8 time ALL-STAR
- ROY
- 1 time scoring champ
- 6 time ALL-NBA first team
- 4 time ALL-NBA first team



EDIT: Of course I didn't mean with his accomplishments to the age of 27, I meant if he keeps dominating and if he keeps playing for a long time... but still never manages to win it it all.

If he piles up MVP awards he shouldn't be overlooked but a lot of people will hold the choking we've seen in the past against him and if we see more of that in the future it's going to be a black mark on his resume. Right now I wouldn't put him there myself because not only has he lost, but he's consistently failed in the clutch in the Finals. IF he continues to lose but instead of choking plays at a high level with the game on the line a lot of us will reconsider. But if he starts coming through in the clutch in the Finals he will probably win a title or at the least improve upon the 2-9 Finals record.

Sorry but he is better than those two.If he somehow doesnt win a ring he will probably be the greatest player without a ring.However nobody can jusitfy putting
him in top 10 without a ring.That said i can honestly say we will not see another player with his abilities and his body ever again.Even with his arrogance he is one of the most exciting players to watch.Anyway that said a ring is absolutely necessary.

3x MVP automatically puts LBJ in the top 10 regardless of whether he wins a title or not.

Now if he wins even just one title, it will catapult LBJ to the top 5 all time.
