Agreed. Though Miami lucked out a bit when Lebron fouled Durant and it wasn't called, the Heat were in a position to win because of Lebron's play in the last few minutes. Credit where it is due.

Also, he was 14/14 from the FT line last night. That's very good....almost amazing for a 75% foul shooter like he is.
I almost expected the good FT shooting, Lebron throughout his career has been really up and down at the line. He'll have a really poor stretch (like the 65% vs. Boston), only to make up for it with a great FT shooting stretch to average out at ~75%.
It's also inevitable that his jumper will be on for at least a game or two, he's just 4-28 on jumpers in this series. While he's not a great shooter this season, he's a hell of a lot better than 4-28. He's especially due to break out behind the arc, he hasn't had a game this postseason with more than 2 made threes.

James never had a Finals issue
2007 Finals
His first Finals and he was a #1 option scorer/playmaker for his team. I'm pretty sure he was the youngest player of that type to reach the Finals. He was obviously and completely outclassed by a Spurs team that had him pegged for lockdown from the opening tip.
2011 Finals
Yeah, this was bad, but there are specific circumstances that you have to seriously consider. This was Lebron James' first year in a somewhat new role and sharing the ball more that year with Wade compared to this past year. Then, there was the media storm. For a person like James, it was a tough situation. This was also James' weakest prime year (starting from 2009).
I tend to think of James' 2011 Finals like Kobe's 2004 postseason run in terms of all the outside stuff/noise that obviously had great effects on their game. You could call both of those years uncharacteristic of them.
This is the first year for James where he's settled into a team with good talent and he's feeling good about himself and playing with a little more confidence. It's very different compared to the other Finals runs he has had. Very different situations.

Is that couch supposed to be a psychiatrist's couch?
I do think Lebron has probably been seeing a sports psychologist. It seems like he is trying to tune out the noise and distractions and relaxe before games.
He supposed hasn't been on twitter for a while. Also they keep talking about how many books he has read during the playoffs. I believe he doesn't take part in the layup line and stays in the locker room and reads.
As mentioned above it's happening slowly, but I think it's working for him.
What do you folks think of the end of the game three the other day. I didn't have too much of an issue with it. If Spo had a play to run, they should have run it. If the call was just a Lebron iso, I don't have too much of an issue with it.
They ran the clock down and forced OKC to go quick.
They were up two, so they had a cushion.
They got a basically uncontested shot with virtually zero chance of a turnover.
If he makes it, it's an absolute dagger.

Nothing I said pertains any hate toward Lebron James. It's a simple basketball analysis, this Thunder team doesn't have any individual defenders with the physicality of those Lebron has seen in past Finals. Sefolosha is smaller and skinnier than Marion, and Bowen had a much different defensive approach as well as prime Duncan behind him even if Lebron got by. The only one making it hell for LBJ is Ibaka.
