Default OKC-Bulls-Magic Trade Idea

OKC Rationale:
They have been looking for a low post threat. Perkins or Ibaka ain't got it. Noah can anchor a defense while get you some points from the post. He is a consistant double double guy. He averaged 15/9 last post season.

Roster:

Noah/Aldrich
Collison/FA
Durant/Cook/Hayward
Sefolosha/Harden/Jackson
Westbrook/Maynor

Magic Rationale: They need to Trade Dwight now before he walks out on them. In this Trade they lose Hedo's bad contract and gain a good core to move forward.

Roster:

Perkins/Davis
Ibaka/Davis/Clark
Deng/Q-Rich
Reddick/J-Rich
Nelson/Duhon

Bulls Rationale: They want to contend. Rose is likely not to come back the same guy so they need another super star. They have been shopping Deng for a while and now Noah so why not go for the best Center in the League instead of a rookie?

Roster

Howard/Asik?
Boozer/Gibson
Hedo/Korver
Hamilton/Brewer
Rose/Watson

Thoughts?

not sure that I would give up both Ibaka and Perkins for Noah.
Ibaka has a shtload of upside and has led the league in blocks for 2 straight seasons.

Yeah, that struck me as odd. Ibaka and Noah are somewhat similiar. Noah is better, but Ibaka clearly getting better and his offense, imo, had higher upside than Noah's.

Plus, he's younger.

But OKC will have to amnesty Perkins anyway to keep both Harden and Ibaka so why not trade Perkins+Ibaka to get Noah.

lol at this trade. OKC won't give up Ibaka and Perk for Noah. Ibaka will be better then noah in afew years. Also Orlando already told the bulls they don't want Deng's contract.

This trade you lose Hedo's awful contract too. btw, Lets just see if OKC can keep all harden, Perk & Ibaka. One of them has to go next season so might as well trade 1 of em off and upgrade 1 position.

Not sure why people are even considering giving Perkins and Ibaka for Noah. I don't think I'd give Ibaka for Noah straight up.

That's good because Chicago wouldn't ever consider trading Noah for Ibaka straight up, nor would the salaries even come close to matching.

Not an awful trade, but I doubt OKC would give up both those bigs for just Noah, they would probably require more.
