Ok since I lived for most of my life in the middle of the pacific ocean I grew to love very fresh fish and developed a simple recipe to marinate the fish.
this recipe works great on the grill and on any fish your hearts desire.
1cup of Teriyak
t tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of butter ( to keep the fish from stickin g)
let the fish marinate for about an half hour
as an option you can lightly sprinkle garlic salt to round all the flavors together.
cook the fish for 20 minutes, 10 minutes a side and you got your self a delicious grilled fish ( this depends on the size and thickness of the fillet)
as for sides I recommend wild rice or regular rice and a veggie of some sort.
