Default NFL PLAYOFFS: Saints vs Bears thread

NFC Championship game

This game has been getting no publicity; Espn only talks about the Colts Pats

game. This should be a great game.

The bears win 31 - 28

Hey Poorlilrich, the other avatar you had was better IMO...
Da Bearz are 2 point favorites and I totally expect them to cover, the weather is going to play a bigger issue than everyone thinks....

Bears by 5..

I'm going for the Saints this whole way out. The City would go wild.

I went to HS with Danieal Manning(safety for the bears) so i gotta root for them. Plus hes as fast as reggie so if they decide to spy reggie he will probably be the guy to do it.

Is Tommy Harris playing or is he still out?

Ogunleye and He would cause havoc on the Saints.

There is no answer for Deuce McAllister, Rex Grossman can't handle the pressure. Payton outcoaches Lovie Smith, the Saints handle the Soldier Field crowd in check with long, punishing drives.

Saints 31
Bears 21

the saints have become the most overrated team i can ever remember... its completely possible they win but they arent that good guys. theres a reason they went 10-6.

they got 1 of the best QB's in the league, a killer RB duo, and good young WR's + a pretty good D. Overrated? um no. they should win this game easily.

I've been following the team for close to 5 years, this team is the best team in the NFC. They were an 10-5 team, I refuse to acknowledge the last loss against Carolina when we almost beat them with our backups. We have the top offense in the league, one that is going to give the Bears fits today. In the last 5 games, the Bears have given up an average of 25.8 points per game. Clearly, they aren't the same Bears defense that started the season, and I fully expect the Saints to exploit that early and often. The Bears had the easiest schedule in the NFL, you cite our record as a reason we aren't good, but I doubt the Bears do much better without having a cupcake schedule.
