He is? You base this off of one game? Which guys in particular is he in the same league with?

So you would decline a straight up trade for him for some of those guys?

How do you explain the first two games Illini? 8 carries 9 yards vs SEA or 10 carries 13 yards vs NE. He just needed more carries?

When the elite player goes down, you realize you can replace him in your lineup and you're not stuck with a zero right?
LAST YEAR THERE WAS!

if you went back in time to last year you would still draft McFadden over Blount and jacobs???...no you would be a retard, you take the palyer that scored more obviously.

People drafting mcFadden high this year are doing so banking that he will play 16 games...not just "8 elite games"

wtf good is an "elite player for 8 games" when you don't have him in the playoffs???

I could MAYBE see an arguement for taking an elite just 8 games at the end of the year over a 'solid" player 16 games...but even then you are missing him for the season...you might not make the playoffs

all in all, you want the players that score the most points over the coarse of a year...

Since we're ignoring the game Ryan Williams looked like a beast in after Beanie got hurt..
Ridley's last game - 13 carries 37 Yards
Steven Jackson - 21 carries 53 yards 11 carries 29 yards
McGahee - 12 carries 36 yards

RB2 STATS!!!!

GARBAGE

Williams could very well put up good numbers but that was the first good game of his career. He has potential upside but I wouldnt call him a legit RB2 until he shows more. His situation is a lot worse in that offense compared to Willis or Ridley.

Ridley isn't even guaranteed to get the most carries on that team. Danny ****ing woodhead got more carries than he did last game and he's not too erratic to be called an rb2?

Uh no , Ridley is the 17th RB, hence why Ridley is a RB2, do you know what constitutes being a RB2? top 24 production... Not that hard to figure out.

Just because you get an increased workload, does not automatically catapult you into the top 24. There's 30 teams in the NFL and the Cardinals may have the worst offense/run blocking line in the league. Ryan Williams is currently the 53rd ranked RB in our league He's had 2 awful games and a game where he scored 10 points. He scored 1.6 and 1.3 in the previous two games.

Even if you combined Beanie Wells and Ryan Williams together into one player, its not an RB2. Joique Bell has more fantasy points then Ryan and Beanie combined this year and he's the 30th RB in our league.

Do you still think Ryan Williams is a RB2?

If looking like a beast is 13 carries 83 yards, then you don't quite understand what a beast is.

News flash chief, all those guys besides SJAX currently rank in the top 24 so yes they're RB2's.

As far as SJax is concerned he's a proven thing on a less pathetic offense who has actually played more than one meaningful NFL game.
