It's been the best conference for a while, but SEC schools don't have the guts to consistently play quality teams outside of their region like ND does.

I graduated from an SEC school, so I usually favor southern schools. But they're scheduling is disgraceful. None of those teams ever leave the south.

Uh-oh...Oregon misses a FG in OT. Now Stanford just a FG away from a win.

Re: 2012 College Football Discussion thread
lol Oregon.
Notre Dame and Bama will be boring as ****. They play too similarly, except Bama is much better at it. I hope USC wins next week or Stanford finds a way to choke this.

If Oregon loses this then the SEC champ is guaranteed a spot in the NC.

Well, unless Georgia is upset by Georgia Tech next week and then beats Alabama in the SECCG.
Anyway...on the same night #1 and #2 go down. Gotta love college football in November.

I think what Stanford has done without Andrew Luck this year is even more impressive than the past two seasons. 9-2, and one was a loss to ND on a really crappy call.

IU #1 in basketball, ND #1 in football. What a shitty sports year.

Doesn't matter. The BEST teams are in the SEC.
Wow Oregon loses and the big boy conference is back in.

My friend is on suicide watch. Got dumped by his gf of 5 years earlier this week and he's a die hard K-State fan. Lol his facebook status is so depressing. Can't believe both the #1 and #2 teams went down today. Looks like Alabama and ND in the championship. ND could go down next week though.
