If Barkley is out for USC I give them little chance of beating a hungry, well-coached ND squad.

They're mentally soft as is and Lane Kiffin is a jackass of a coach. A team with that much offensive talent shouldn't have 4 losses. I'd fire him Al Davis style if I was Southern Cal's AD.

This'll be the first time ND's been #1 in 19 years.

But you'll hear nothing but "yeah! thought we were irrelevant?!" You were mother****er.

The BCS blows up in everyone's face again. Good stuff.

Hats off to Stanford, good lord. The play calling for Oregon in OT looked to me like a team that hadn't been tested.

The Oregon kicker will have a rough night but really he kicked a decent ball given the circumstance. The person who will be the sickest tonight is that LB who was on the fumble and then lost it. Damn I feel for that guy.

This opens the door for OSU fans to claim they're the best team this year and are the real champs

And still, no one will give two shits about what Ohio State fans claim.

Oregon playcalling got predictable in the 2nd half. They did pass - incomplete, run for short gain, long 3rd down. Rinse, repeat, lost.

That's Chip Kelly for you. He only knows one speed no matter how the game is going.

As for my Sooners. I hope our D significantly improves in year 2 under Mike Stoops. Run D is the worst I've seen us in a long time, while the pass D has improved. I want to see more balance on D and minimal big plays next year let alone the next few weeks as we close out the season. We now have a realistic chance to win the conference if we run the table and Kstate loses to Texass.
