Thanks - was away on holiday for a couple weeks there and avoided the blackberry et al...didnt realize it had passed...

Still goes back to the posting about his movement... it has to be a team that wants his skill set AND wants to take adantage of the short term combined with a contract they need to unload in favor of a younger core player.

Most of the "mistake contracts" (whether due to player 'tude or whatever) have been amnestied... i.e Blatache (spelling?) or Scolia etc.

That narrows the possible locations considerably.

The worry becomes that it is not an all star "lite" player coming back that we would like (Dre Iggy) but perhaps a John Salmons or Marcus Banks. That could be the best offer - unless you wait through the difficult situation for trade deadline in hopes of something more.

I'm wondering if NO would be willing to trade Aminu and Henry for Jose. Rivers struggled in summer league, and perhaps they need someone to mentor him. Not unless the hornets want to have Vasquez starting. I think those 2 players have not been given enough opportunity to reach their potential.

Interesting they just did the deal for Lopez. Jose would be a great fit for New Orleans to mentor Rivers etc....
