Rufus: if I ever happen to come to Charlotte, can I have a deep cleaning for free?

This is funny because last night I was thinking of making this kind of thread to ask rufus:

How often should I be replacing my toothbrush? Is brushing twice a day the rule of thumb to go by? Or does it wear down your enamel too much over the years?

Brushing habits:
Usually twice a day
Pretty hard brusher, though I have been trying to be more gentle.

yeah, i only brush once a day. we didn't have money like that and my pops was real adamant on conserving the tooth paste and making sure one tube would last a whole week for a family of 6

Why didn't you answer my ? rufus?

:/

... I tried to rep you back the other day, but it said I had to rep other posters. I never rep, but when I do, it's always you man. You're a fellow North Carolinians, 'Cats fans, and while we perhaps hold different positions on Prop 8, we still meet in Concord from time to time to ball on them courts (we need to get up again and get some games going again sometime... when it cools down some), so I would expect a response, but I guess pulp isn't all that important to you.

Sure. I'll even throw in an extraction.

Gold's expensive, about $1,500 per tooth. Gotta make it rain.

You are supposed to replace your brush every 2 mos. but no one does that. Just get a new one from the dentist every 6 mos. Twice a day is fine but make sure to floss at least once a day. It makes a huge difference and actually adds years to your life (no shit).

I'm about to get on a plane so I won't be available for awhile. Thanks for the questions.

That's amazing. I know the health of your mouth reflects your overall health, so I want to get my shiz cleared up.
