Just a heads up, marvel isNt faster stronger or better than superboy prime. Prime would be op for this draft.
I'm actually a little torn on this due to the location. The location serves to eff up the ring itself's powers at least a little and probably the symbiote too. Marvels own magical nature serves to combat his physical powers. Throw in marvels greater intelligence and I think I'm gonna go with marvel in an extremely close decision.
Id go with ion in a normal location. And why did you prep him??? You must have several prep people involved in trumps
Prep will allow his to address all those issues you brought up. And yeah i got a few people in trumps and ended up making the numbers up in haste.
sodam yat hasn't exactly shown feats which allows him to take advantage of prep time, he's among the newbies in the GL corps.
cm's prep and magical immunity/control allows him to take advantage of the location
not sure about superboy prime's power levels but superman himself admitted that cm is his equal in terms of physical abilites, captain marvel has broken GL constructs with brute force in the past

Zoom is obviously a beast especially when prepped. That said both of my people can go intangible and he can't effect intangible beings(or shouldn't be able to if he can I'm not sure) also Cnx only has to think to get him and even zoom isn't much if any faster than thought. Zoom probably beats either one on one but I don't see how he immediately beats both
Supes and Kyle have both been stopped with prep by lesser types than Doom. The DR. has battled it out with durable bricks before and succeeded. Also, if Ion gets diminished powers due to the location, then Kyle even more so. Also like Marvel, Doom ends up getting an added benefit from the location.
