Mags is prepped and can take full advantage of the location. He can show up to the fight invisible and **** with the iron in Nova's blood or his nervous system. He has incapacitated people by messing with their nervous system/brain and has ripped people apart from the iron in their blood before and Nova could be vulnerable to that style of attack. With prep, Mags wont directly shoot blasts that Nova can absorb and his shields are enough to stop Nova's attacks.
Then again, I'm not sure how Mags is ever supposed to beat an energy manipulator after losing to Captain Atom who is tailor made to get beat by Mags.

That...was just a bad decision.
Anyway I'll argue for shaw at least a little because I'm losing this matchup. Shaws powerset is obviously an interesting one to combat doomsday because he reflects brute force back at his opponent, so the greater his opponents physical strength, the greater the force that is reflected back at them. The other thing is that doomsday isn't exactly the smartest of opponents so it's not likely that doomsday would figure out that shaw was absorbing energy from his punches until it was much too late. The other thing is honestly there isn't much doomsday could do to hurt him aside from throwing him into space or something of the like even if he did figure out how shaws powers worked. Doomsday is obviously a much more powerful character but this is a terrible matchup for him.

Shaw has limits to what he can absorb, and the genius likes to go around telling people about his powers. Either Shaw gets overloaded or the knucklehead tells Doomsday his power and gets thrown into space. That's if Shaw doesn't get crushed by fallen debris during the fight.

Shaw only tells people his power after he's absorbed enough to beat them. And I've never seen him be overloaded from a punch(then again the most iv seen him absorb is I think a colossus punch)
As Hal enters the X-Mansion, he opens a door leading to a dark room. The doors shut behind him and a very wide screen appears in front of Hal, seemingly shrinking him in proportion to it. Before Hal can understand what's going on, the film reel is rolling, and a compilation of some of the most horrific plane crashes fills the screen! Sodam watches from within the dark, wondering if Hal appreciates the custom soundtrack he put together consisting of nose dive sounds, babies crying, and Wiz Khalifa's "black and yellow" hit single. Anger fills Hal's face, tears swell within his eyes, and that's when he sees it, a hysterically laughing being, covered in blood, holding something high in the air with one hand and steering the jet with the other; a loud voice echoes throughout the room: "Watch out kids! It's Bucky O'Hare!" Hal sees the big tooth hare surrounded by a green glow, grinning big and wide, diving towards him, wearing the same jacket Hal's father wore, holding his father's lifeless (yet winking with a smile of its own) head high into the air...Hal drops to his knees in fear, screaming "Papa no! Papa no!". Sodam watches from afar, somewhat weirded out at this grown men sobbing like a baby, rocking back and forth in a dark corner.
