Captain Marvel wins this easily. Iron Man can't even hurt Marvel. Marvel's strength and durability are on par with SuperMan. He also has flight and speed that greatly exceed Iron Man's. Iron Man has an arsenal of weaponry, but none of it is powerful enough to harm Cap. He beat Iron Man down in a fist fight. He could even just tear his armor apart, similar to what Thor did to Iron Man's helmet. He could also electrocute him with his lightning bolt, which would most likely down Stark instantly. Captain Marvel's powers have numerous different ways to bring down Iron Man. Captain Marvel for the win.

Enough, Atro spawn and sinestro are all pretty even. I think Atro has been a little underrated in these and sinestro is Hal Jordan's equal.

Spawn is hard to argue for because he isn't God Spawn and only got a portion of his feats..

Atro recently got some feats that make him easier to argue for

Sinestro has a bunch of feats and like RF said, is Hal's Equal
