im not close by there today (i had to go to jersey) but my coworkers said it felt like if there was a korean day parade or something, people were walking around in costumers cheering and dancing and singing even after. Sounds like a blast.
is kpop the name of the band or the style of music?
and are those girls an actual group or just random dancers dancing to some song?
KPop is short for korean pop as you probably figured out. It covers all pop music, this is more dance style and actually probably not representative of what someone would think about when they say KPOP. They would think more idolish pop music.
I think they are just his dancers. Although he is (and everyone is in korea) part of a company with a whole stable of artists, so if those dancers are a subgroup it would not shock me, although i do not believe they are.
considering Beiber and Call me maybe were dominating the music charts, Gangnam Style is the shit besides its great at clubs, fitness classes, and getting hyped up even if most people don't understand the lyrics.
