I am really big on Llyod...I think he is the PERFECT fit in the Pats offense, and if it wasn't for that TE duo I would bet that Llyod would have a top-5 yardage year again over there

Welker is a HOF Slot WR...he really needs no explaination

So you're list is on fit/production and not just talent then. I'm asking, not criticizing. If Nicks/Cruz played in NE and Welker/Lloyd in NYG would the rankings stay the same?

no I actually do think Llyod/Welker are slightly more talented...it's close though

so in theory on any team I would have them above...of course if they were on a team with no QB they would be hidden, obviously Brady helps Welker shine...

I'm sure Brady would do just fine with Cruz/Nicks and I am sure Eli could win a SB with Llyod/Welker

If Austin/Bryant were on the Giants, Eagles, or Redskins, they would not even make the list.

True story.

Welker/Lloyd more talented than Cruz/Nicks. Really?

Nicks is the best of the bunch. He is physically superior in every way, gets open, proven performer in big games, etc.

Cruz is at least as good as Welker right now. I actually think he's slightly better because he can run by you on the outside, Welker rarely does this, if ever.

NY's duo is bigger, faster, stronger to go along with the actual wideout skills like route running, understanding concepts, etc...and they're way younger....but somehow NE's guys are more talented even though both are on the downside of their career.

I think this is Lloyd's prime...despite being 31 he has very little mileage on him because of being hidden down on rosters before being "rediscovered" in Denver.

Welker is ALSO only 31...could be argued he is still right in the middle of his prime as well...

and again, I have them very close, it isn't like I think this is a land slide
