For those who don't get it. The SUV on the left was trying to merge into the right lane. The car on the right doesn't want to let him through. They obviously either don't get the concept of merging, or are just aggressive. Note that the car on the right has his windows down. The SUV sped up ahead and stopped in front of a puddle, then sped up and splashed shit all over the car. Likely soaking the one riding shotgun!

This pretty much. I felt the SUV is even more at fault. If the person isn't going to let you over just let them go ahead and get in behind them.
